Picking up merchandise can really save money!

NAEIR members asked us to find ways to lower the cost of participating in the association and we listened.  Now virtually everything that is made available through NAEIR can now be picked up at our Galesburg, Illinois warehouse.

Over the years, members have come from all over the United States to pick up products that can be used to serve their clients at schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations.  Picking up catalog allocations from the large catalogs has always been available, but now members can also pick up Special Offers, items from NAEIR e-xpress, Member’s Choice Plus, Encore Catalogs, and Member’s Choice catalogs. 

While you’re at NAEIR picking up supplies for your organization, be sure to check out Grab Bag.  For a small fee your organization will be given a large warehouse cart and two hours to haul away whatever items are available that can be used to assist the clients that so depend on the important services that your organization provides.  With new donations arriving daily, you never know what you’ll be able to find in Grab Bag!

The pick up process is simple.  Note on your request that you are planning to pick up your products.  When your merchandise is ready you will be notified.  After receiving your notice, simply call your Membership Advocate and let us know when you plan to visit – we love to have visitors.  If you have time while you’re here let us know and someone will take you on a tour of the NAEIR facility.  It’s a great chance to meet your Advocate or the Member Enrollment Rep that helped you get started.

NAEIR has been acting as the conduit between generous donor organizations and deserving schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations for over 30 years – over $2 billion in new, useful merchandise has been distributed to thousands of individuals during this time . . . yet, it’s always interesting to discover that many of companies and organizations that we talk to have never heard of NAEIR before.

Help us to spread the word.  A lot of our donor companies belong to trade associations that publish journals; just as several of the schools, churches, and charities that are NAEIR members are part of larger groups that issue newsletters.  

Just a short blurb in these publications can do wonders to spark interest in NAEIR.

We’re not expecting a front-page story (although we would welcome that opportunity) just a paragraph or two about how NAEIR works and how your company or school, church, or nonprofit has benefited from NAEIR’s service would be great.  The more donations we receive, the more members we can serve -- the strong our organization becomes.

To show our appreciation, if you represent a donor company and you take the initiative to publish an article about NAEIR’s service in your trade association journal or newsletter, we will provide a free one-year catalog membership to the school, church, or charity of your choice – that’s a $595 value.

If you’re a member of NAEIR and include a blurb about NAEIR in a newsletter or publication that your organization is associated with, we will send you a coupon for $149 off on handling charges.
